2. PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
2.1 As at the Commencement Date, the Trustee will continue to operate the Business and all ancillary or related activities.
2.2 The objectives of the Unitholders are to:
2.2.1 carry on, expand and maximise the profitability of the Business to be conducted by the Trustee on and from the Commencement Date; and
2.2.2 ensure that the Trustee carries on and conducts the Business on and from the Commencement Date in a proper and efficient manner in accordance with sound business practice and so as to give effect to the Business Plan.
3. ISSUE AND DELIVERY
3.1 The respective interests of the Unitholders in the Trust and Shareholders in the Trustee are set out in Schedule 1.
3.2 As at the date of this Agreement, the Unitholders legally and beneficially hold the number of Units on issue as set out in Schedule 1.
