"A. The Supplier sources the Product.

1. DURATION
1.1 Subject to Clause 3.2 below, this Agreement must commence on the Commencement Date, and must endure for such term as set out in Item 4 of the Schedule and thereafter must be renewed for such further terms as are set out in Item 5 of the Schedule unless terminated by either party giving not less than three (3) months' written notice of termination to the other party.
2. EXCLUSIVITY
