We have developed a new agreement – referred to as a Prenuptial Agreement.
This agreement is for couples who wish to define their financial rights and responsibilities in the event of a breakdown of their relationship.
Our Prenuptial Agreements ensure that all assets:
1. owned at the commencement of the relationship remain those of the party bringing them in to the relationship; and
2. accumulated during the relationship are shared equally (or in defined proportions) between the couple.
The entire focus of our "Prenuptial Agreement" is to avoid a nasty and costly separation by defining how the assets will be split at the beginning of the relationship.
