Variation of trust to ensure that the trustee is not removed without approval of external authority where such authority is required, for example, the liquor licensing authorites or a landlord.

Sample

"While and so long as the Trustee is the holder of any licence permit or authority issued pursuant to the Liquor Control Act 1987 or any amendment or re-enactment thereof the Unitholders shall not without the prior approval of the Liquor Licensing Commission remove change or replace the Trustee nor transfer or otherwise dispose of any units presently held by any such Unitholder."
