Variation of discretionary trust

Deed of variation of a discretionary trust to enable the trustee to vary the original deed.

"The Trustee considers it to be desirable in the interests of the beneficiaries, that the said Deed of Settlement be varied as herein provided and the Appointor consents to such variation as testified by his signature at the foot thereof."
