Removal and appointment of trustee

Deed for the appointor to remove the original trustee and appoint a new trustee in a discretionary trust.

Sample

"That the Appointor, pursuant to the powers conferred by Clause ..... of the Trust Deed and all other powers conferred upon the Appointor does hereby remove the Original Trustee as Trustee of the Trust and appoints in its stead as Trustee of the Trust, the New Trustee.

The New Trustee hereby declares that by its execution of this Deed it accepts the appointment to the office of Trustee of the Trust.

The Original Trustee hereby agrees to transfer the Fund to the New Trustee which is to be held by the New Trustee subject to the terms of the Trust Deed. "
