Declaration of trust to buy a business or acquire property where the declarant acts in the capacity of trustee for the sole benefit of the beneficiary.

Sample

"3.1  ..... also declares and acknowledges that ..... has no beneficial interest in the Trust Assets.

3.2  ..... must at the request and cost of the Beneficiary transfer the Trust Assets to the Beneficiary or otherwise deal with the Trust Assets as the Beneficiary directs.

3.3  ..... must at the request and cost of the Beneficiary sign any transfers or forms transferring the Trust Assets from ..... as bare trustee for or to the Beneficiary. ..... must hand the transfer or form and this Deed to the Beneficiary. Unless there is evidence to the contrary, if there is more than one Beneficiary then the beneficiaries hold the beneficial interest in the Trust Assets equally as tenants in common."
