Declaration of trust re voting rights on shares-TRUS 6

Declaration of legal owner of shares that he/she holds shares in trust for another entity and clauses dealing with voting rights in respect of these shares.

Sample

"The voting rights in respect of the said share shall be exercised as follows:-

Except as provided in this Clause, the Trustee shall vote in respect of the said share at his discretion with power to execute such proxy in favour of such member or members of the Company with or without such directions with regard to voting as the Trustee may think proper. "
