Deed of amendment to a discretionary trust to enable executors of deceased estates to become appointors.

Sample

"Provided always that on the death of the last dying of ..... and ..... , the Executor or Executors of the Deceased Estate of the last dying will automatically replace any and all such Appointor's nominated by them or either of them during their lifetime."
