3 Issue and Delivery

3.2 As at the Commencement Date, the respective interests of the Unitholder/Shareholder in the Unit Trust and the respective interest of the Shareholders in the Trustee have been set out in recital F to R and thereafter their Unitholding and Shareholding must be as determined from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.

4 Commencement and Term of the Agreement

This Agreement takes effect as at and from the Commencement Date and will continue until terminated provided always that under no circumstances will any Unitholder and Shareholder be permitted to withdraw its investment for a period of three years from the Commencement Date unless the Directors consent to such withdrawal.
