Selling Power of Attorney - GENERAL 8

Selling Power of Attorney to give somebody the right to sell an asset on behalf of the grantor.

Sample

"To sell and dispose of all and any of the Property with appurtenances either by private contract or by public auction and either together or in separate parcels or lots for whatever price as shall seem reasonable to him, at his discretion.

Upon the receipt of the consideration or purchase money for the Property or any part of it to give a good receipt which receipt shall exonerate the person paying the purchase money from seeing to the application of it or being responsible for the loss or misapplication of it."
