Purchasing Power of Attorney to give somebody the right to acquire an asset on behalf of the grantor.

Sample

" I APPOINT ..... to be my attorney for me and in my name to perform the following acts:-

To Purchase the property situate and known as ..... ("the Property").

To sign and seal and as my Attorney to deliver any deed or instrument in writing and execute whatever transfer or other instrument as may be required by any Acts relating to the registration of title to land including the Transfer of Land Act 1958 and to do any and every other thing which may be necessary or proper for carrying any agreement for the purchase into complete effect and execution so that all my estate right, title and interest in the Property may be effectually and absolutely conveyed to me in fee simple ..."
