Ideal Power of Attorney where the debtor gives the creditor certain powers to act on its behalf in the event of failure to repay debt.

Sample

"The Debtor DOES HEREBY IRREVOCABLY APPOINT the Creditor as the true and lawful Attorneys or Attorney of the Debtor and in the name of the Creditor to enter into and execute all such deeds, instruments, contracts, agreements and writings and to do all such acts, matters, deeds and things as the said Attorneys or Attorney deem expedient for carrying out or in connection with the exercise of all or any of the powers herein and in every security executed contained or implied."
