Assignment including irrevocable Power of Attorney-GENERAL 20

It is possible to assign a power of attorney in favour of a third party with the consent of all signatories.

Sample

"The Assignor hereby irrevocably appoints any one of the Assignees to be its true and lawful attorney (the "attorney"):-

To complete any blanks which may be left in any document;

To make any amendments or additions to any document as the attorney may approve which approval is to be conclusively evidenced by its execution thereof;

To do, execute and perform any other deed, matter, act or thing which in the opinion of the attorney ought to be done, executed or performed to perfect a document; and ..."
