Ideal for a couple that has separated and have agreed on certain terms in relation to the division of property and finalisation of other financial and other matters in respect of the relationship in full and final satisfaction of, and in substitution for all claims which they have or may have had against one another at common law, in equity and/or pursuant to Part IX of the Property Law Act 1958, or any other Act of a like nature. This Agreement may be pleaded in full bar to and discharge of any claim made by either party.
