Collaborative licence agreement. Agreement where each party licences each other to collaborate on achieving a desired result.

Sample

A. The parties have agreed to participate in the Project.

B. ### wishes to provide its customers with the Product in Australia and elsewhere and desires to contribute its Software to the Project.

C. ### has experience in the business of manufacturing and developing the Product and desires to contribute its expertise in manufacturing the Product and supplying the Materials to the Project.

D. The parties have agreed upon certain matters relating to the manner in which the Project is to be conducted and are now desirous of recording such Agreement in writing.

E. The parties have further agreed that their relationship as constituted by this Agreement, will be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
