Pursuant to a Lease made between the parties ("the Original Lease") on the date described in the Schedule as the "the Original Lease Date" the Lessor leased to the Lessee the premises described in the Schedule ("the Demised Premises") to be held by the Lessee (as Lessee) from the commencement date described in the Schedule ("The Commencement Date") for the term of years described in the Schedule as "The Term" together with the option described in the Schedule ("The Option").

B . Pursuant to the terms of the Original Lease the Lessee has exercised its option to renew the Lease for the period described in the Schedule as the "Renewal Period".
