Mortgage of lease

Mortgage of lease where the tenant provides the lease as security.

Sample

"A. The Mortgagor is the Lessee described in the Lease particulars of which are set out in the Schedule hereto ( called "the Lease").

And the Mortgagor COVENANTS AND AGREES with the Mortgagee as follows:-

1. To pay to the Mortgagee on demand each and every sum of money and damages which the Mortgagor may now or hereafter be indebted or liable or contingently indebted or liable to the Mortgagee, under pursuant to or in connection with the Loan Agreement of even date made between the Mortgagor on the one hand and the Mortgagee on the other hand (which sums of money are called "the principal sum").

2.  To pay to the Mortgagee interest????"
