Licence agreement

Licence Agreement that gives a right to occupy premises other than under a lease. Not as effective as a lease.

"1 . The Licensor is the registered proprietor or is entitled to be registered as the proprietor of ALL THAT piece of land being Lot ?a8? on Plan of Subdivision No. ?a9? and being the whole of the land more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume ?a10? Folio ?a11? situated at and known as ?a12? ( called "the property").

2 . The Licensee has requested the Licensor to permit it to have the use and occupation of the property from and after the date hereof and the Licensor has agreed subject to the Licensee entering into this Agreement.
