Assignment of lease with provision for bank guarantees-LSE 2

Transfer of lease where there is even substitution of bank guarantees or replacement of bank guarantees.

Sample

"A . By a Lease ( called "the Lease") made the date described in Part 5 Schedule A between the Lessor and the Assignor, the Lessor demised to the Assignor the entire premises described in Schedule B ( called "the demised premises") for the term described in Part 6 Schedule A ( called "the term") subject to the payment of the rent and the performance and observance of these terms and conditions;

B . The Assignor has agreed to assign to the Assignee the balance of the term created by the Lease together with the option of renewal (if any) therein contained;

C . The Lessor has agreed to the assignment subject to the provisions contained and will permit the Assignee to use the demised premises for the purpose described in Part 7 Schedule A.
