If you control a website and you want to licence the users to utilise the website, then this is a useful agreement.  It includes a trial version and terms of payment.

Access to and use of the XX.com web site and the products and services available through this web site are subject to the following terms of use. The words "we" "us" and XX .com' means (" XX Pty Ltd") (ACN XX ) of XX and the words "you" and "your" refer to users of this web site.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms of Use

You should read and familiarise yourself with these Terms of Use before you use this XX.com web site. By using this web site, you expressly agree to these Terms of Use as they are amended from time to time and you acknowledge that you have read and understood them. You also agree that any information that you provide to us will be true, accurate, current and complete and that you will maintain and properly update your personal profile as required.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the law in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.

Intended Use

(a) Distribution of Trial Version

You are not licensed to distribute the trial version more than once each tie you access it. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting payment, for any such copies, however made, and from distributing the software without prior written permission except for the initial single use evaluation.

(b) Full Licence Agreement

Upon payment of $ XX, a licence will be issued for the exclusive use of XX to the registered user disclosed during the Internet application process. The user is licensed to use the XX product for 12 months. During the 12 months after payment, the user is entitled to any and all upgrades of XX, accessible over the Internet. XX guarantees at least one upgrade annually. We will advise the registered user at their last recorded e-mail address of the release of upgrades. No refunds are available except as required by law. The individual versions of user XX are copyright to their owners but only to the extent of the law. All rights in the software source code unique design remain with XX Copyright XX by XX .
