2. Our services

2.1 The Service is described in the proposal document attached to this Service Level Agreement and forms part of the agreement between You and Us.

2.3 Our personnel are assigned work for our outsourcing clients on a 'first in first out' basis considering the criticality of the issue and the proximity of our mobile staff.

2.4 We will provide You with the details of Work undertaken and ask You to acknowledge satisfactory completion in writing.

2.5 You are responsible for providing necessary power, environmental conditions, physical security, consumables and telecommunications services. You are responsible for providing a safe workplace for our staff and for all insurances, permits and licences as required by law.
