Release incorporating indemnity - deed - COMM 14

Deed of release incorporating indemnity to be utilised if a person is to be freed from performing an obligation with an indemnity.

"1. In consideration of the undertakings given in this document, ## RELEASES AND FOREVER DISCHARGES ## from all actions, claims, damages, losses, costs, expenses and demands of any kind whatsoever (including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, actions or claims based on alleged negligence or breach of contract) which ## may but for the execution of this document have against it directly or indirectly arising out of or connected in any way with the services provided by ## .

2. In further consideration of the release contained in Clause 1 above, ## indemnifies and holds harmless ## from and against all actions, suits, claims and demands whatsoever made or brought by any third party against ?a3? in connection with any act or omission of ## arising out of the services in relation to or upon the land."
