The Child Care Terms and Conditions of Trade utilises relevant sections pertinent to an Approved Child Care Service under the provisions of the Children's Services Act 1996 to provide Child Care Services ("the act"). The contract is for the supply of the Child Care Services pursuant to the act and makes specific mention of child care benefits, child care tax rebates, out of pocket expenses, and defines who is to be eligible for the Child Care Benefit.
