"the Grantor and the Grantee takes on hire the whole of the plant, equipment and instruments specified in the schedule for a term of ## from the date hereof at the rental and on these terms and conditions .

2. CHARGES

The Grantee must pay to the Grantor during the course of this agreement by way of rent ........

3. OBLIGATIONS

The Grantee must so long as the hiring continues:-

3.1 Keep all the scheduled articles in thorough repair and in good running and working order and replace such (if any) of them as must be worn out or damaged by similar articles of equal value.

3.1 Peaceably deliver possession of the scheduled articles to the Grantor on the determination of the hiring unless the same must have been bought under the provision contained.

5. ADVANCE PAYMENT
The Grantee may on any monthly date of payment at its option pay to the Grantor in advance such sum as must be equal of the aggregate amount of the then future rent to become payable under clause 1 of this schedule."
