"1. PROVISION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

The Confidential Information is secret and confidential to ?a2? . The Recipient will keep the Confidential Information secret and confidential and will not disclose or use the Confidential Information other than as provided in this Deed.

2. PERMITTED USE AND DISCLOSURE BY THE RECIPIENT

The Recipient must not, directly or indirectly:

2.1 use any Confidential Information except to the extent necessary for the Permitted Purpose;

2.2 disclose any Confidential Information, except in accordance with Clause 7; or

2.3 use any Confidential Information in a manner which might cause or be calculated to cause injury or loss to ?a2? or any related body corporate of ?a2?."
