Simple homeowners building agreement. To be utilised by a homeowner who wishes to appoint a builder to perform a building contract.

"A . The Owner is or is entitled to become the registered proprietor of the Land.
B . The Owner has requested the Developer to carry out the Works for it on the Land in accordance with the Plans and Specifications.
1. Contract Price and Deposit
1.1. The Owner must pay to the Developer in respect of the Works, the Contract Price, and all other such sum or sums of money which may be or become payable under this Agreement.
1.2. Any or part of such payment is to be made to the Developer within seven (7) days of the Owner receiving written demand from the Developer requesting payment.
2. Plans and Specifications
The Developer in accordance with the terms on this Agreement........."
