"A. The Vendor has for some time past carried on in Victoria the business of operating ?7? and other activities ancillary or incidental ( called "the Business").

NOW THEREFORE THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows:-

1. INCORPORATION OF THE PREAMBLE

The preamble hereto must be construed and read as if it formed part of this Deed.

2.1 The Vendor and the Covenantors acknowledge, without limitation, financial information, sales information, marketing plans and strategies, operational and all other information and knowledge necessary to operate the business has been disclosed to the Vendor and the Covenantors.
