"We act for the abovenamed Purchaser in this matter and make the following Requisitions on the Business. The listed documents must be made available for inspection within 14 days unless attached to the contract or a copy provided.

1. Please make available for inspection all leases, sub leases, licences, assignments and variations to any of such documents giving a right to occupy the Premises (including any correspondence between the Landlord and the Vendor).

2. Proof is required by Statutory Declaration by the Vendors that the chattels sold are their sole and absolute property free of all encumbrances. If the chattels or any of them are subject to a Bill of Sale or Hire Purchase Agreement full particulars are required and the Purchasers require same to be satisfied or paid out by the Vendors at or prior to settlement.

3. Production is required of any hiring agreements subject to any or relating to any chattels or fittings now in or upon the subject premises.

4. Please provide a list of the Landlord's fixtures and fittings and the Vendors fit out."
