"The following requisitions and inquiries are made on behalf of the Purchaser pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract:
1 . The Purchaser requires the following documents to be produced for inspection and reserves the right to make further inquiries and requisitions after inspection:
( a ) All documents (including any lease, assignments and options) conferring on the Vendor the right to occupy the premises on which the business is conducted.
( b ) All permits issued under the Town & Country Planning Act, the Environment Protection Act or any other Act relating to the business or the premises.
( c ) Certificate of Registration of the premises under the Labour and Industries Act.
( d ) Certificate of Registration of the premises under the Health and Food Acts.
( e ) All licences, permits and other documents relating to the operation and conduct of the business including those, if any, issued pursuant to the provisions of the Liquor Licensing Act.
( f ) Assessments and receipts for all rates, taxes and outgoings payable in respect of the premises or the business.
( g ) Certificate of Registration of the business name.
( h ) The accounts and records (including wage records) relating to the business.
( i ) All agreements affecting any of the assets sold including the agreements specified in the Agreement.
2 . The following particulars are required:
( a ) Title particulars of the premises.
( b ) Name and address of the owner of the freehold, and of any managing agent of the premises.
( c ) Details of all rates, taxes and outgoings required to be apportioned under the Contract.
( d ) Details of all business names used in the business.
( e ) Details of any insurances affecting the premises or the business which are being taken over by the Purchaser."
