This is a comprehensive document for the sale of a business/assets catering for the receipt of a commission on the successful conclusion of the sale.

"1. Unless inconsistent with the context, the following definitions apply to this Authority which includes any attachments.

1.1 "Binding Offer" is an offer on the terms set out in the particulars of Authority which, if obtained would (or does) result in a sale.

1.2 "Introduced to the Business" means that the person was made aware that the Business was available to be purchased irrespective from whatever source and without limiting the foregoing a person must be deemed to have been introduced to the Business by?????..

1.3 "Sale" is the result of obtaining a Binding Offer and "sell" and "sold" have corresponding meaning in the same situations.
